When you arrive, you enter through the wrought-iron gates to the impressive courtyard that is surrounded by lush colorful gardens, swaying palm trees and beautiful native stone walls and stairs that lead you down to the main entrance of the home.  The main house consists of two levels; the first floor includes the great room, gourmet kitchen, living and interior dining areas, sun deck, pool, wetbar and a covered outside living and dining area. An interior staircase takes you to the second floor, which includes a comfortable sitting area, the master bedroom suite, the guest bedroom suite and a third bedroom apartment.  The two additional bedrooms are in the guest house which is located to the left of the pool and main house.  

The infinity edge pool, sun deck and wetbar are the centerpiece of this beautiful estate.  During the day, you can enjoy working on your golden tan and floating the day away in your refreshing pool and in the evenings, you will enjoy time together, congregating at the wetbar, all while sipping on your favorite cocktail or other refreshing beverage.  No matter what time of day, you are sure to enjoy the stunning views, from watching the sun rise over the British Virgin Islands to the sun setting back towards St. Thomas.

  • Living And Dining: The living room is a few stairs down from when you first enter the main house. You will feel immediately welcomed by warm and elegant atmosphere of this living space. The furnishing are beautiful, yet comfortable and you will enjoy settling in to watch your favorite sports team or TV drama on the Dish Network satellite TV. However, the best entertainment is not to be missed; just open the French doors on to your covered veranda, sit back and relax in your comfortable outside furniture and watch the ever changing turquoise seas and beautiful sail boats and yachts as they cruise by on their way through the islands.

    There are three dining areas at Rotunda. The interior formal dining area includes a mahogany table seating 8 -10. The outside dining table, located off the kitchen, seats 6-8, and for those who rise early in the morning, enjoy your first cup of coffee at the kitchen table, which seats 4.

  • Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is located a few stairs up from the living room and includes Viking stainless steel appliances and all the modern amenities that are wanted when preparing a home cooked meal. Or if you prefer, hire a private chef and let them prepare and pamper you instead.

  • Bedroom Details: The three main house bedrooms are located on the second floor and all are accessed by an interior staircase. This layout makes it perfect for families traveling with younger children. The master bedroom suite (king) and guest bedroom suite (queen) include beautiful vaulted ceilings, private en-suite bathrooms with tiled showers, air-conditioning, Dish Satellite TV and private balconies with gorgeous views of the north shore. The third main house bedroom (king) is an apartment with a small kitchen and sitting area which includes a pullout sofa. The two story guest house is located to the left of the main house and sun deck. Each air-conditioned bedroom is beautifully appointed and includes a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with outdoor garden shower, Dish Satellite TV and a private balcony.
