Once we have advised you of villa availability, a 50% deposit of the total rental is required within 7 days to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations prior to 120 days of arrival result in a 20% cancellation fee unless rebooked - 90 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee unless rebooked - 60 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee unless rebooked.
Because the minimal expense far outweighs the benefits, we recommend trip insurance year round and are happy to recommend a few choices to you.
