Kristen has lived and worked on the island in the tourism industry for almost three decades. Her 25 years in villa management have positioned her to be among the best in the business. She is savvy, meticulous, and has high standards.

Through hard work, Kristen has earned a reputation for providing owners and guests with quality customer service by going above and beyond their expectations. Her skill set includes home renovations, decorating, construction management office management, and bookkeeping. She has worked in every area of the industry starting with the housekeeping business in 1994, running the operating end of a competitor management company starting in 1995, becoming a personal assistant for a real estate firm in 2003, and then later branching out commercially to start St. John Ultimate Villas, Inc. in 2005.
