Arriving in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Follow the designated pathway to baggage claim. After collecting your luggage, you'll find a taxi dispatch area where staff will help match you with a taxi heading in your direction. Please note that taxis typically require cash payment, so plan accordingly.

Ferry Services.

Welcome to Red Hook, St. Thomas! If you're catching the ferry, here's what you need to know:

  • You'll need tickets for both passengers and baggage.

  • It's a good idea to carry cash to avoid any issues.

  • To save time, you can purchase your tickets online using the button below. This way, once you arrive, you can head straight to the boarding line.

  • Make sure to have your barcodes ready for scanning by the ferry staff.

Car barge.

For those who decided to rent a car from St. Thomas and need transportation to St. John, you will be catching the car barge. Yes! The car barge. This is also located in Red Hook, next to the ferry. When you’ve reached, you will come across a ticket booth. A small car is $3 and a full-size SUV is $4. Once they let you through, you will park on the Port of Authority dock and wait until it’s time to load up. After you get on the barge, a ticketer will personally come up to your vehicle and collect a payment of $65. Again, please be sure to have cash on you at this time.

Water Taxi.

Traveling to St. John by water taxi is one of the fastest and most convenient options.
