Villa Kalorama is one of St John’s most unique and modern vacation villas on the Virgin Islands rental market. in a class of its own, Kalorama is located in the upscale neighborhood of Virgin Grand Estates.
Kalorama has an 8 Ft. deep 14 x 40 pool, The Great Room is 60 ft. long and 36 ft. wide with sliding glass sinking doors for maximizing views day or night. For entertaining, Kalorama is equipped with a State of the art Kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The Great Room Features a 50 inch flat screen TV. The upper veranda is 22 x 40 ft. long and is perfect for entertaining during the sunset hours.
This 5 bed villa is comprised of 4 King-bedroom suites, Two of which are located at the Poolside. The second floor of the villa has two King bedrooms, one of the bedrooms being equipped with 2 twin beds. The other king bedroom and the Twin room Share a Master Dual Vanity- Alfresco Shower- Bathroom. On the upper floor there is also one Master bedroom with en-suite bath.
One Poolside King Bed can be made into Twins. All Bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are Flat Screen TV’s with ROKU in all the Master Bedrooms and the great Room. All the King bedrooms also have en suite, enclosed alfresco showers.
This villa is available for St. John destination weddings and other special celebrations, up to 45 guests.
