St. John Ultimate Villas
It's Brook your daughter :) I just wanted to say thank you for allowing us to use the house for our triple bachelorette party! we had an amazing time on our third girls trip to St. John together and we're already planning the next. We are so appreciative and couldn't ask for anything more.
Brook and her Bridesmaids :) :)
Thank you so much for a great vacation opportunity once again. Group of TEN shrunk to THREE, but I think had the time of 20 girls! Vie’s beach and Coral Bay excursion well among my favorites this time.
St. John - always wonderful!
This is our final day in St. John. The Kennedys fly back to CT and the Laceys fly home to San Franciso. We all had a great time exploring the island. Snorkeling, swimming, tanning, eating and drinking were all part of our menu! Even hit Willy T on Norman Island and the Soggy Dollar on Jost Van Dyke!
Hope you are well!
What a wonderful trip on St. John we had with family and friends for our daughter's wedding! We had a fabulous time checking out new sites, restaurants and shops that we had missed on a previous stay. Your villa location was perfect for our home stay away from home and the view is spectacular. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home!
The Nelsons, The Craddocks, The Wilsons
Thank you for having brooks and stayed at Kabej Patch II during a very memorable week. Our engagement on Monday evening overlooking Hart Bay was truly special. The remainder of our trip was filled with lots of great dinners (Rhumb Lines, Zozo's, Lime Inn, Joe's BBQ, and the Equator). Trips to beaches all over St. John (Hawksnest, Honeymoon, Vie's, Salt Pond Bay, Cinnamon Bay). And plenty of lazy afternoons on the wonderful deck (Kevin's favorites spot).
Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with both of us. Canít wait to come back!
Kevin and Brook!
The house had everything we could need we will certainly remember this vacation loudly and hope to return another year.
The Rays, The Winkleys
Thank you for this house. My favorite part was getting in the pool and when I went swimming in the ocean. I liked playing with Sophie and Annie. I wanted to play in the shower and outside and on up high with dad. The rest of us had a wonderful time too. Pool, beaches, is amazing dinner under a full moon priceless.
As always we had a great 2 weeks in St. John. Loved the house can't want to come back.
The Millens and friends
The Kabej Patch II where to begin? This house is absolutely beautiful! Sitting here in the cool Chocolate Hole breeze at my back I'm so sad it's time to leave. The time here was amazing from the dips in the pool! Swings in the hammock, BBQs on the deck and refreshing outdoor air. This place is like heaven, Kate and Frank were the best hosts - camp directors we saw all the greatest island spots from a boat ride to Waterlemon Cay. Ate at Skinny Legs, Johnnycakes from Vie's and lime & coconuts at Joe's.
Thank you so much. This vacation was perfect. Each day got better and better. I work at the Madison Beach Club with Mr. Becker, play tennis and also babysat for him once I was shocked to find out his connections to this house. Again thank you for letting us use the house and everything was perfect.
Fabulous house, fabulous island, fabulous trip. We've enjoyed dinner at the Lime Inn and Zozo's. A highlight of the trip was the catamaran boat ride on Lion in da Sun to Foxy's and the Soggy Dollar, and Sandy Spit. At night enjoyed getting “bushwhacked” at the Beach Bar and High Tide and our favorite beaches during the day were Watermelon and Trunk Bay.
Our coolest “find” while snorkeling was huge sea turtles, and a baby shark. We don't want to leave.
Such a fabulous trip! Elly was the perfect tour guide/hostess and showed us the highlights of the island. Favorites include: Vie's beach and the conch fritters, the scallop appetizer at Zozo's, Lime n coconuts everywhere, and the picturesque views from walks in Chocolate Hole neighborhood.
This has been the perfect Spring Break! Nothing could be better than being with your friends on this gorgeous island. We swam, snorkeled, hiked, sailed, ate and ate! The beaches were so beautiful, very different than anywhere I'd been before. Thank you so much for letting us come down. Elly was the perfect hostess!
Wonderful vacation. This was our 6th trip to St. John - we have made a tradition of spending Christmas here. We can't seem to stay away! Kabej Patch was a great house for our large group, all 10 of us. We loved how spacious the house is, and enjoyed cooking dinner several evenings and eating outside. We spent several days relaxing at the house and other days doing our favorite St. John activities - the beaches, hiking, kayaking at Coral Bay; and of course the great restaurants. We tried a new one this year Asolare which we loved. Also stumbled upon Frances Bay, which is a beautiful, calm beach. Also enjoyed snorkeling at Chocolate Hole, a short walk away.
The King Family
Thanks for a great stay at Kabej Patch! Our group of 8 was in town for a wedding at the Westin and your villa could not have been more perfect. Carnival made it extra fun! We need to all hope to return sometime in the very near future!
I can't say enough about my time here in St. John. Fabulous place to stay most amazing company. Fun excursions and a beautiful wedding. If it weren't for the bride & groom being so open in sharing their honeymoon & ceremony, I wouldn't have been here. Snorkeling was great everywhere. I even saw a Nurse Shark & turtle. Thank you again to Michelle & Greg for sharing their new adventure & all of their closest friends & family from all over the U.S.
We are at the last evening of our fantastic vacation and do not have enough words to describe what a great week it has been. We ate in most evenings making group dinners and followed that with garners. Such great fun! It also made for an extremely economical vacation. We snorkel most days - several times at Trunk Bay and once at Leinster Bay. A few notes on snorkeling for future guests. Trunk Bay is amazing! The underwater trail is good but also venture away from it to see great marine life. We went around the littler island and saw tarpon, a small shark, some barracuda and other colorful fish. Some on our party went snorkeling off to the left of the beach (When facing the water) and spotted an octopus, some squid and a ton of large fish traveling in small cover. Leinster Bay has great snorkeling, too but on the walk back the men in the party were SWARMED by mosquitos - one person had over 30 bites on one arm. We are sorry to be heading home after such a wonderful experience and we hope that the happy times spent here add to the great aura of this place.
To Kabej Patch & all who follow,
We enjoyed your large compound. Traveling with a 1 year old and a 3 year old can be challenging at times but we seem to always have fun. Their name & poppy flowers us with time needed alone. This was our 3rd time to the island, when we came 5 yrs ago we were driving jeeps now we came in a minivan (How life changes). This time we rented a dinghy from Noah's Arks and did the whole North Shore. We have rented a large vessel in the past, and had conquered a few surrounding islands (Jost Van Dyke etc.) For the $ and experience the 30 horse dingy was great!! Also we liked the Reef Bay trail down to the Markings. Great exercise. All uphill the 2nd leg. I found a great running trail around Chocolate Hole.
We are enjoying your vacation home. We are 2 grandparents & a family of 4. We enjoyed the beaches, especially Maho Bay, some in the shade & the water calm & beautiful. We went and hit the beach early and either home or out to lunch - 2 great places, Skinny Legs & Shipwreck Landing over near Coral Bay. Worth the trip. Good dinner at The Lime Inn. Also had a good dinner at Fish Trap (great time). We enjoyed the pool every day. The weather was perfect. A great family vacation thanks so much.
The last day of a wonderful Caribbean vacation. Beautiful weather, amazing snorkeling. We went to Easter mass at Our Lady of Mnt. Carmel expecting a mediocre liturgy. Much to our delight, an inspiring priest and wonderful Caribbean flavored songs. Of the marine life, sea turtles, octopus, giant ray, barracuda and lots of fish of all colors. We'll miss the warmth of the white sand, the unbelievable blue water and the spend thrift mentality that vacation allows ($9.00 for a ½ gal of ice-cream why not). We return to the Adirondacks of New York looking forward to the promise of spring.
We loved the house! It is beautiful as are its views. Our vacation was amazing. We tried a few new things this time. Banana Deck has great desserts and Caneel Bay for dinner. Kayaking in Coral Bay from Crabby's was a little rough on the water but great. Jane and John had a fun hike on the Caneel Bay trail, and enjoyed the underwater world of fish and coral but be very careful of the sea urchins, Keara got a few spines stuck in her finger (look in the blue book for info if it happens to you). In all we had a great time and will definitely be back as soon as we can be!
Our time here at Kabej Patch II has been the perfect stay dose of paradise. We don't want to leave and we will definitely be back! Thanks for opening up your beautiful home!
What a wonderful time we've had in your new establishments! Loved every minute of it and think it's going to provide a multitude of memories for all who join you here. Great snorkeling at least one way and nice to walk through the vegetation to find shells and lobster. I'll return anytime for a wonderful weekend such as this.
Thanks for a great week! Weather was great, as was the snorkeling (Waterlemon Cay was my favorite) for the first time in recent history didn't get burned! Kate took care of that. Also conserved water, energy by eating out every night at Rhumb Lines, Line Inn, Café Roma, and The Balcony were all memorable and most meals were great! Kate ate mussels for the first time and ordered grilled lobster in the same meal. Great way to spend my birthday thanks for the memories!
Franks - Just realized I used “Great” four times in seven sentences when reading, please substitute other adj. such as wonderful, splendid, magnificent and heavenly...
What a wonderful vacation we had!! The house is lovely and the views are spectacular. We spent lots of time on the deck that was enjoyable. Each day we went to a different beach such as Trunk Bay, Salt Pond Bay, Maho Bay, Cinnamon Bay, Caneel Bay; all were lovely in their own special way and offered both swimming and snorkeling fun. We spent time touring Cruz Bay and Coral Bay. Thank You for letting us share a piece of your paradise.
